Morison India Limited “Company” uses the services of reputed courier companies for the shipment of its Products. b Delivery will be made on all business days except Sunday and Public Holidays and shall be made to the shipping address provided by a User at the time of placing the order. Orders will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of billing. c Orders which are dispatched may be tracked using the consignmenttracking number on the courier company’s website and a link for the same shall also available in “Track your order” tab on the www.jlmorison.com. A mail shall also be sent to the User customer after the order is dispatched with the tracking number along with the courier company’s details.. d Orders shall be delivered within 45 business days within Mumbai from the date of order whereas orders for outside Mumbai will be delivered as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and courier company shipment delivery norms.

The Company does not offer any kind of returns or exchange on products ordered which are delivered in proper condition to the shipping address. In order to avail the facility of return or exchange of any damaged Product, a User must arrange to send the products to the following address: J. L. Morison India Limited, Shree Arihant Compound, Gala No. 4 to 8, Ground Floor, Building No. A5, Village Kalher, Bhiwandi 421 302 ensuring that the original tags, labels, product, barcodes, and brand packaging should not be altered andor damaged that are originally included with the products delivered.
